Costa Rica La Magnolia

This coffee is so clean it sparkles. Vanilla, Jasmine, and -of course- Magnolia flowers lightly break through the sweet, milk-chocolate body.

 

 


Mexico Chiapas Co-Op

Raspberries, milk chocolate covered raisins, sparkling finish.

 

 


El Salvador Buena Vista

This 100% Bourbon varietal grown by the Menendez family their pride and joy – for good reason. Grown at 1400 meters, the high altitude and volcanic soil produce a clean and crisp cup with notes of citrus zest, pomegranate, and honey. This directly-traded coffee is ideal for every brewing method you can throw at it.

 

 


Sumatra Mandheling G1

Light tobacco, exotic hardwood, sweet earth, buttery caramel finish.

 

 


Oak Barrel Aged Sumatra Mandheling G1

Bass-heavy, deep body, berry wines, satisfyingly dry finish.

 

 


Tanzania Ruvuma AA

Tanzanian coffee grown in the Ruvuma region near Lake Nyasa between 1200 and 1800 meters is famous both for it’s remoteness and for the amazing fruit that comes through in the cup. A blend of N5 and N39 Bourbon varietals, this fully-washed coffee is dried in the sun. The high altitude desert resonates throughout the flavors of this coffee: Sweet caramel and a juicy, black-currant acidity highlight the delicate floral, stone-fruit finish.

 

 


Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Delicate body, clear blueberry and lemon acidity, crisp and clean finish.
